The purpose of the Design Review Board is to: preserve
and enhance property values; preserve natural landscaping
and natural features; and promote the efficient use
of water and the use of natural building materials,
textures, and colors. |

Implements
Green Valley Redevelopment Area Plan. Seeks to attract
new public and private investment in the redevelopment
area. |

Preservation and Conservation Commission
Meets
once a month.

Implements historic preservation program by identifying
historic properties and areas within the Town and methods
by which properties can be preserved. |

Housing
Advisory Commission
Meets
quarterly.

Provides
input and recommendations to the Mayor and Town Council
on issues related to affordable and workforce housing
for residents of the Town. . |

Industrial
Development Authority
Meets as needed.

This
Corporation was formed to promote industry and develop
trade by introducing manufacturing, industrial, and
commercial enterprises to locate and remain in the Town
of Payson. |

Parks
& Recreation Advisory Board
Meets
once a month.

Makes
recommendations on policies, rules and regulations relating
to the planning, acquisition, disposition, operation,
use, care and maintenance of parks and recreation facilities.
